VISA INFORMATION
To ensure a smooth arrival, please review the visa
requirements below based on your purpose of visit.
Do I need a visa to go to Italy?
Depending on your country of origin, you may require a visa to enter Italy. You can request a visa from the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence and it will generally be issued after 90 days. To find out which countries require a visa to enter Italy, please visit Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. On this website, you can enter your nationality, your country of residence, the duration of your stay (less than or more than 90 days) and the reason for your trip. Remember that once you arrive at the border, the authorities may request documentation justifying your reasons for and duration of your stay in Italy.
Event Invitation Letter
If you require an official invitation letter to support your visa application, you must first register for the event. After completing your registration, you may request an invitation letter from the event organiser. Please contact us at events@aci-asiapac.aero to request the invitation letter.
Visa applications take time. Participants requiring visa are recommended to apply at least 1-2 months prior to their planned departure to Milan.
Please note that the invitation letter is provided to confirm participation in the event and does not guarantee visa approval as Italian embassies and consulates-general are independent decision-making agencies for visas, sometimes after specific checks have been made with other countries. You cannot appeal against the rejection of a visa application, neither can the event organiser intervene on your behalf in case of a rejection or to speed up the procedure.
The event organiser cannot assume any liability regarding the complete- and correctness of the information given on this page. Please contact your local embassy for more information.
