- Full delegate passes provide full access to all conference activities, including conference sessions and networking/ social activities, including refreshments and lunch breaks, welcome reception, and gala dinner.
- Fees for each event are correct at the time of publication. The organiser reserves the right to change the fees at any time, but changes will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed by the organiser. The fees (where required) are payable at the same time as you submit your booking form, either by credit card or bank transfer. You acknowledge that the organiser cannot guarantee places held on a provisional basis and that places may sell out.
- The fees do not include insurance, travel to or from the event, or any accommodation costs incurred. Insurance, travel and accommodation shall be the responsibility of the attending delegate. The organiser shall not be responsible for any personal injury to the delegate or their accompanying persons, staff, agents, contractors, invitees, or members of the public.
- Under VAT regulations, attendees from all countries are required to pay any VAT, excise duty, or other sales tax applicable to all events taking place in their respective countries.
- You confirm that the information provided on the registration form is correct and that your full name and company name will be shown on the delegate badge. By completing the registration form, you consent to the distribution of your contact details to the host and organisers of this event. You also consent to the inclusion of your name and company name in any published delegates list to be distributed at the event.
- After successfully completing registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.
- The organiser will accept replacement delegates. However, delegate passes cannot be shared or split among delegates under any circumstances.
- The organiser has the right to refuse or reject registrations.
- By registering for the Event you are deemed to have agreed to comply with the Terms & Conditions.
